- You can return or exchange your items within 7 days of the delivery of your shipment.

What items can be returned?
- All items within 7 days from the date of an order delivered
- In unwashed and unused condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Returns do not apply to BOGO event and for products on discount exceeding (greater than) 60% off; you can only exchange them.
What is the return and exchange process?
Step 1) Return Approval
Create your return/exchange request at our Returns & Exchange Center. Once the return request is approved, you'll receive a notification within 24 hrs.
Step 2) Return Pickup
Keep the items ready in original condition. The return items will be picked up by our courier partner from your place within 72 working hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not hand over the product to the pick-up executive without the pickup slip or SMS confirmation
Step 3) Return Shipment
Return Shipment would take 3-10 working days to get delivered to our unit. You'll receive updates on return pick-up and delivery status via Email.
Step 4) Item Inspection
After the returned item is received and inspected, you'll be notified about the approval within 72 working hours.
Step 5) Initiating Refund/Exchange
Once approved, your exchange order will be created and dispatched within 72 working hours. You'll receive a notification for the same.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges will be facilitated only once; subsequent exchange requests will not be accommodated.
In case of a refund, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
When can I expect the refund?
- Once the returned item reaches back to our fulfilment centre, the item will be inspected.
- Post approval, a payout link will be shared within 72 working hours on your registered phone number and email ID for both Cash On Delivery and Pre-paid Orders.
- Open the link to add your account details for the refund. Based on the banking partner, it would take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account.
What if a return item is not picked up?
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. To request for a reattempt of pickup kindly contact us here. We'll regenerate the pick-up.
- Even if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following fulfilment address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging.
The item won't be accepted if sent without the creation of the return on our website.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most reliable and widely distributed postal network in India.
