Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
No matter what the issue, we are committed to making sure your HeSpoke Originals Outfit puts a smile on your face.
- You can return your items within 7 days of the delivery of your shipment. Visit the Returns Center to place and track your request.
For Prepaid Orders, kindly place a fresh order of any item or size you want to exchange. And create a return request for the item which you want to return and a refund for the same would be initiated to the original payment method. Tracking detail of the New Exchange Order & Refund of the previous order can be tracked from your account.
For Cash On Delivery Orders, kindly create a return request first, for the item which you want to return and a refund for the same would be initiated in the form of an Instant Gift Card once the item reaches back to our fulfillment center. With the Gift Card, you can then place a fresh exchange order.
Once the returned item reaches back to our fulfillment center, refunds would be initiated within 48 hours post inspection and approval. ⚠️ For Cash On Delivery Orders, the refund will be provided only in the form of an Instant Gift Card. Pre-paid Orders will be refunded to the Original Payment Method. Based on the banking partner, it would take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account.
→ What is the Return Process?
Step 1) Return Approval
Create your return/exchange request at our Returns Center. Once the return request is approved, you'll receive a notification within 24 hrs.
Step 2) Return Pickup
Keep the items ready in original condition. The return items will be picked by our courier partner from your place within 24-72 hours.
Step 3) Return Shipment
Return Shipment would take 3-10 working days to get delivered at our unit. You'll receive updates of return pick-up and delivered status via Email.
Step 5) Item Inspection
After the returned item is received and inspected, you'll be notified about the approval within 48 working hours.
Step 6) Initiating Refund
If your order was prepaid you'll receive the refund directly in the original payment method. It would reflect in your account within 7 - 10 working days.
If your order was COD you'll receive the refund in the form of a gift card with lifetime validity. You'll receive a mail regarding the same.
→ What Items can be Returned?
a) All items within 7 days from the date of an order delivered
b) In unwashed and unused condition
c) In the original packaging with all the tags intact
d) And Items that are sold under (< 50% off.)
→ Return Items are Not Picked?
If your return request is already approved. Our courier partner will pick up the items from your place within 24-72 working hours.
Even after 72 working hours if no one comes for the pick-up or you're not able to hand over the items, contact us on our WhatsApp Support Number to report the issue. We'll regenerate the pick-up.
Order & Payment Related
→ How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or edit your order anytime within 6 hours from the time you place an order. You can do this by reaching out to us on WhatsApp.
→ What's the status of my order?
To see your order status, log in to your account.
If the fulfillment status on the table is unfulfilled, then we're still preparing your order for dispatch. It generally, takes 24-48 working hours to dispatch your order.
If the fulfillment status is partial, then we've partially dispatched a few items of your order. Items that are dispatched will have a tracking number & link against them. The remaining items without any tracking numbers are still being prepared for dispatch.
If the fulfillment status is fulfilled, then we've already shipped your items. You can track your shipment by clicking on the "Order ID" or clicking on Track Shipment from the menu bar.
→ Cash on delivery or Payment on delivery is available?
Cash on delivery is available for all items.
Availability of Card Payment on delivery is subject to local conditions. It may or may not be available at the time of delivery. We suggest keeping the cash ready in hand.
→ Amount has been debited but, I haven't received the order confirmation message.
If the amount is debited from your account but, you haven't received an order confirmation from us then the transaction has failed. You should get a refund within 72 hours. Place an order again.
Even after 72 hours if you don't receive a refund, then raise a ticket by contacting us on our WhatsApp Support Number.

→ What are the delivery charges?
We provide FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders and for deliveries across India irrespective of the pin codes. For Cash On Delivery Orders, INR 75 is charged as COD Fees.
→ I need the items urgently, is there any express shipping option?
All our orders are shipped via express delivery. We're working with the best courier partners for speedy & safe delivery. The delivery timeline shown above is the best possible time.
→ Is the delivery time flexible?
We understand that you might not always be available at the scheduled time for delivery generated by us.
In case you miss it, we make two more attempts at the slot selected by you on two consecutive business days. All communications regarding the same would be done via SMS/Email.
