Generally, the items are dispatched from our unit within 24-48 working hours.
Your package should reach you within 4-7 working days of placing an order based on the pin code. 

Delivery timelines:

Bangalore (Our HQ) 1-2 days

Metro’s 2-4 days

Other cities 4-5 days

High up North & North East States like Punjab, UP, J&K, etc 5-7 days

→ What are the delivery charges?

We provide FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders and for deliveries across India irrespective of the pin codes. For Cash On Delivery Orders, INR 75 is charged as COD Fees.

→ I need the items urgently, is there any express shipping option?

All our orders are shipped via express delivery. We're working with the best courier partners for speedy & safe delivery. The delivery timeline shown above is the best possible time.

→ Is the delivery time flexible?

We understand that you might not always be available at the scheduled time for delivery generated by us. 

In case you miss it, we make two more attempts at the slot selected by you on two consecutive business days. All communications regarding the same would be done via SMS/Email.
